You’ll be working alongside our Head Roaster, who will train you thoroughly in the Coffee industry and roasting. The aim of this role is to develop the candidate into a Production Roaster.

Duties will include (but not limited to):
• Keeping record of stock and ensuring paperwork is up to date
• Packing coffee
• Processing orders (from website, cafe, wholesale, warehouse)
• Cleaning and maintenance of the roastery and equipment
• Assist with sample roasting, blending and production roasting
• Implementing quality control procedures
• Responsible for ensuring the roastery is organised and tidy
• Assisting with roastery events e.g. tastings
• General roastery work
