Working directly under Compliance Manager, main responsibilities will include:

  • Downloading & sorting photographs on a weekly basis
  • Pairing pre-clean & post-clean photographs
  • Processing information received from the Operatives
  • Producing Post Clean Photographic Reports
  • Issuing certificates
  • Updating systems/database where applicable
  • Making reminder calls on the day of our attendance
  • Assisting Business Manager with administrative tasks as required
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and directing the caller to the relevant staff member
  • Assisting Operations Manager when required
  • Covering Office Administration Co-ordinator when required
