There are two sides to this role: 

  • Membership acquisition: you will be challenged to speak to new people and convert them to premium membership. This will happen on the back of our new marketing campaigns and monthly events
  • Membership management: our members are the core of our organisation. You will be responsible for a number of scale-up founders that will come to you for support. You will create long standing relationships with these organisations; each day will be different and you will be liaising with every E2E department to make it happen

You will report to the Relationship Director (Head of Memberships and Corporate Partnerships) and join a small but growing and dynamic team. We will train you to understand our organisation, our vision, mission, goals and strategy. 

We will train you to use our CRM tools and internal processes. You will gain an understanding of the business as a whole. Administration duties throughout this position and also having fun is a must!
