Apprentice Administrator INDUSTRIAL DOOR SYSTEMS LIMITED
Industrial Door Systems Ltd require an Apprentice Administrator to join our busy team to help in the day to day running of our busy service company. They will be required to interact with customers over the phone, taking service calls and uploading the jobs to our workforce portal.

Key Responsibilities of the Role / Day to Day Tasks
- Answering the Telephones
- Interacting / Assisting Customers with Breakdowns
- Chasing Purchase Order Numbers which assists with payment of invoices
- Uploading Invoices to Sage 200
- Creating Spreadsheets in Excel
Requirements and prospects

- Willing to Learn
Maths and English 3/D equivalent or above
Full time role on completion of a successful apprenticeship if the business is in a financial position to offer
