Mandatory Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities
Carry out daily duties to ensure continuous supply of dry blend powders within the Epwin group.
Carry out routine maintenance as per PPM schedule.
Agree and complete training and development requirements as determined by the Mixing Plant Supervisor.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and maintain 5s standards and methods within the mixing plant.
Assist the materials development manager with creating new trial material formulations.
Carry out extrusion trials for new formulations when required.
Communicate information via the relevant communication channels.
Record all required information for all operations as per company works instructions/procedures.
Record scrap information, segregate all non-conforming product from good production.
Alert relevant people to process and product concerns.
Carry out product recipe changes as and when required.
Undertake reasonable duties as and when required.
