Duties to include:
To serve all our customers in a friendly, polite, and efficient manner
The ability to familiarise yourself with our Menu and beverages and recommend products. These will be both alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.
To clean and maintain the bar area along with tables inside and outside the venue.
Recording all payments accurately on the till, handling cash and ensuring correct operation of till procedures
To comply with all company Health, Safety, Fire and Hygiene policies, taking care of personal safety and that of members of your team, customers, and visitors
Liaise with Management and your colleagues ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently
Be willing to work additional shifts to cover holidays and sickness
To carry out any other duties as required by the business that may not be directly associated with your job function

A traditional free house and kitchen, The Bluebell Inn, is situated in the picturesque village of Lound, and the centre of the Idle Valley Nature Reserve, offering both couples and families an ideal base. The inn has a cosy atmosphere, real open fires, real ales, and quality wines. Our food is locally sourced and all cooked from fresh ingredients. We have on site accommodation with excellent facilities, and there is a certificated caravan and camping site adjacent to the premises.
