Main Duties, Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

  • Administer the Apprenticeship enrolments on BUD ePortfolio system:

Completion of accurate data inputs for new apprentice starts on the BUD.

BUD ePortfolio Administration & Data Management

Dealer H&S follow-ups and recording

  • Support and communicate accurately and in a timely manner, course joining instructions and accommodation and transportation bookings for learners attending training when needed
  • Provide support on enquiries from the apprentice programme staff, programme management and academy staff as and when required
  • Provide programme performance and data management / reports to both the apprentice programme management
  • Contribute to the quality improvement of apprentice enrolment and programmes through on-going involvement
  • Accurately create, distribute and process early leaver documentation and learner files in a timely manner
  • Undertake learner file audits in on a perpetual cycle basis
  • Provide support to the programme to carry out rectification work on learner file issues raised at self-audit.
  • Feedback to the programme managers the findings of the audit of learner files.
  • Support the Recruitment & Marketing Manager in the delivery of the Apprenticeship Programme Recruitment & Selection Service.

All other general administrative and welfare responsibilities as required

Our apprenticeship programme is an excellent way of ensuring we have high-quality people working within our business. We're looking for ambitious candidates ready to take ownership of their development, work hard to achieve their potential and grow with an ambitious employer.

The Programme typically lasts between 18- and 20-months dependant on the career path chosen and you'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification.  We will support you to gain your functional skills if you require them in maths and English.
