Working in a busy office selling specialist gardening machinery, the successful candidate will be involved in taking responsibility for basic office duties, telephone and computer work.

The role will include:
- Dealing with customers face to face
- Taking telephone calls for orders  
- Delivering a high level of sale’s services
- Providing accurate information on products
- Telephone and online sales
- Positive Customer interaction and helping to build customer list and brand reputation
- Support team members to ensure high quality of service

About the employer

Apprenticeships New Anglia is an ESF Project working in partnership with TrAC which is a shared apprenticeship scheme employing apprentices and placing them with host companies so that they can get the necessary experience to pass their apprenticeship.

An apprenticeship will give you the knowledge, skills and experience you need to apply for a job in the area you have trained in.

We will give you the support to progress into employment, education or further training towards the end of your apprenticeship.
