Working within the restaurant environment, your on shift duties will include training and learning towards:

  • Welcoming guests to the restaurant and seating in line with current health & safety requirements
  • Offering refreshments when seated;
  • Taking orders for food and further drinks
  • Relaying information to the kitchen
  • Delivery of food orders in a timely manner
  • Taking payment for orders
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Clearing away tables and cleaning down
  • Setting for next service
  • Monitoring the work and service area at all times to ensure clear, clean and tidy
  • Working with other staff to ensure a prompt and efficient service
