To manage incoming calls and emails relating to customer enquiries for example:

  • Booking customers into centres for all core products; MOT, Services etc…
  • Pricing up Service’s/repairs
  • Identifying when a customer’s car will be ready
  • Signing up customers for loyalty scheme(s) (Drivers Club Card) and then processing the card
  • Assisting Operations/Centre with customer complaints
  • To make recommendations as appropriate for other goods and services
  • To input, update and amend internal booking system 
  • To input, update and amend internal spreadsheets for non-booking enquiries
  • To liaise with centre principles regarding pricing enquiries and bookings
  • To be responsible for making outbound calls to existing / prospect customers for particular campaigns / PCC renewal

About the employer

Leominster Motors is a family-owned business proud to have served motorists in Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands for over 60 years.  The business was first founded by Mr Derrick Grieveson in Worcester in 1953 and operated under the name of Worcester Carsales.  The dealership moved in 1963 to a new site in Hylton Road, Worcester, and 1973 saw Mr Grieveson’s son and current Managing Director, Mr Stuart Grieveson, join the family company.  In the last 25 years the company has acquired many new car franchised dealerships in the West Midlands.

During 60 years of trading, the family-run business has seen three generations of the Grieveson family enjoying working for the firm, and to date, four of Mr Grieveson’s grandchildren work within the group.

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard

Apprentices will be working and will be trained within the dealership and a Skills Coach will visit at least every 28 days as part of a close support network to ensure that apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course.

An Apprentice’s training includes:

  • Apprenticeship standard L2 (Customer Service Practitioner)
  • An industry recognised standard qualification
  • Functional skills if needed
