We are looking for a strong candidate to join a hardworking, friendly and professional team of administrators at our Maidstone office. We will train you in all aspects of our business in order for you to become an integral part of the team.

This is a varied role supporting our payroll and credit control department in providing an excellent service in a challenging and interesting industry. We are governed by stringent regulations and require strict attention to detail.

You will have general admin duties including:

  • Answering telephones
  • Booking appointments
  • Diary management
  • Archiving
  • Report writing and updating
  • Assistance with the compiling of technical     reports
  • Managing a sales ledger
  • Creating invoices
  • Providing admin support to the sales team
  • Engage in research and reporting for projects
  • Manage customer information
  • Acquire an in-depth knowledge of applicable technical information.
  • Support management team

Training will be provided for all aspects of the role and full support will be provided by your manager and existing admin team.
