Duties will include:

  • Planning and delivering high quality care and education to all children
  • Excellent communication skills both with adults and children
  • Working as part of a team
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
  • To follow all policies and procedures ensuring children’s safety at all times
  • Must be reliable and understand the need for excellent attendance
  • General cleaning and hygiene of the setting
  • Helping to serve snacks and meals to meet the nutritional requirements of children
  • A willingness to learn new skills and undertake Continuous Professional Development
  • To maintain high standards and expectations
