Duties will include:
- Planning and delivering high quality care and education to all children
- Excellent communication skills both with adults and children
- Working as part of a team
- Understand the importance of confidentiality
- To follow all policies and procedures ensuring children’s safety at all times
- Must be reliable and understand the need for excellent attendance
- General cleaning and hygiene of the setting
- Helping to serve snacks and meals to meet the nutritional requirements of children
- A willingness to learn new skills and undertake Continuous Professional Development
- To maintain high standards and expectations
