A normal day would include:

  • IT setup for new starters
  • Management of general day to day IT issues with laptops/desktops/printers/server (not sure on what the server is)
  • Liaising with Convene to manage updates to server
  • Purchasing IT equipment for business
  • Suggesting upgrades to company IT system (meeting room tablets for booking meetings, meeting room meeting software etc…)
  • Supporting with IT software updates (, Syrinx, Audacia, Breathe etc…)
  • Clearing of systems for leavers
  • General admin duties
