Duties to include:

  • Support in the maintenance of well-organised files and records
  • Market research
  • Prepare spreadsheets and documents from information as directed
  • Content writing
  • General office duties
  • Creating and responding to emails as directed
  • Interact with clients as directed
  • Photocopying and filing relevant documents and handling confidential information in compliance with the procedures
  • Completing every task and ensuring that all communication reaches a high standard 
  • Scheduling tasks as required
