Working in a dynamic office environment, you will have a number of key duties/responsibilities as a Business Administrator:

  • Working closely with the practice manager, to achieve a high level of communication with current and potential clients of the practice
  • Working closely with the practice manager, to implement the marketing strategy of the firm
  • Reporting to the managing director on the performance of the practice, specifically reviewing services for clients
  • General administration duties

  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good communication skills, confident on the telephone and also dealing with people in person

  • Drive and a willingness to complete all tasks given
  • Someone who is willing to see that the clients require absolute focus and professionalism at all times

Desired qualifications

Applicants will need a minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including English and maths-based subjects.

In November 2021 a practice in Lincoln has been acquired, during 2022 this will be rebranded as Jackson Stapleton Accountants. The total number of staff employed between both sites totals 21.
