Position in Organisation

  • Reports to the Business Reporting Officer, Management Accountant & Finance Director
  • Liaises with employees at all levels within the organisation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the Sales Administration Process
  • Assisting the Sales Ledger Supervisor in the credit control process
  • Assisting the Business Reporting Officer in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Preparing and communicating daily KPI reports
  • Coordinating travel for sales staff
  • Maintaining and ordering office stationery
  • To undertake ad hoc tasks as required from time to time
