Responsibilities will include:
- Producing accurate records and documents, including emails and letters, files and payments and reports and proposals
- Review and update databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
- Understanding and following procedures where necessary
- Organise meetings and carry out daily tasks where appropriate
- Support and engage with different parts of the organisation as a business administrator
- Interact with both internal and external customers
- Work across teams and resolve issues as requested
