Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing accurate records and documents, including emails and letters, files and payments and reports and proposals
  • Review and update databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
  • Understanding and following procedures where necessary
  • Organise meetings and carry out daily tasks where appropriate
  • Support and engage with different parts of the organisation as a business administrator
  • Interact with both internal and external customers
  • Work across teams and resolve issues as requested
