Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll learn all about quality control and audit processes whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification that will boost your career potential.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

  • Administration for our Customer Service Team.
  • Producing KPIs and completing audits.
  • Using Microsoft packages to input data.
  • Carrying out Quality Control for our Customer Service & Administration Team.
  • Making recommendations for improving processes across the business.
  • Highlight recurring issues and their solutions.

We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Business Administration Apprentice to support our Customer Service and Administration Team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while earning a Level 3 Business Administration qualification (equivalent to an A Level).

To be a successful candidate for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes, skills and experience:

  • Fantastic written and oral communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • An individual with relevant software knowledge such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You care about data quality and accuracy.
  • A high attention to detail

Personal qualities

  • Ability to speak to people including all levels of management
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, agile environment
  • A reliable individual who is eager to learn
  • Organised
  • Driven
  • A friendly and approachable individual with a confident and polite manner

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths grades 4-9 or A to C (or the equivalent)
