We are looking for someone who is organised, fun, hard working and looking for a role with variety! The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done. The key function is to assist our Office Manager with the day-to-day administrative control of the business.

Duties include:

  • Administration duties to include database administration of all our CRM management systems, performing data entry, reformatting a variety of documents, and more!
  • Becoming our social media expert by managing our social channels, growing our brand and posting exciting/innovative content (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Social Pilot)
  • Creating, advertising and writing compelling job advertisements that entice job seekers to apply for our positions
  • Receiving and diverting incoming calls to the office, when required
  • Ad Hoc project management
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Social Event Organisation 
  • Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
  • Assistance with marketing; to include, events, campaigns and the website
  • Candidate Care
