  • Following all health and safety procedures while on site using all relevant P.P.E to achieve agreed targets
  • Manual De-burring processes/cleaning operations
  • Learning all aspects of inspecting components with the QA department
  • Learning and understanding our products through time in our assembly area
  • Operating machines under supervision of skilled Machine Setter’s/Supervisor
  • Checking components produced to quality standards set out by QA department
  • Shadowing Machine Setter observing/learning how to set machines and follow all procedures set out by company
  • Training on all manual and CNC disciplines

Potential for a Full-time position on successful completion of the training program with possibility to progress through the business supporting other areas. failure to complete or pass the provided training could result in termination of agreement
