The main duties of the role include:

  • Book in jobs on the computerised diary, and produce job cards for the fitters
  • Check on stock and order products from suppliers as needed
  • Produce invoices from the completed job cards
  • Take payment and allocate the payments to the invoice
  • Chase any outstanding invoices on a regular basis and general credit control
  • Input supplier invoices and reconcile statements
  • Month end stock reports
  • Keep the office clean and tidy and ensure that the public areas are kept clean and safe
  • All other aspects of a busy office

Full on the job training to be provided, your line manager is the company accountant who is directly responsible for your training.
