The main duties of the role include:
- Book in jobs on the computerised diary, and produce job cards for the fitters
- Check on stock and order products from suppliers as needed
- Produce invoices from the completed job cards
- Take payment and allocate the payments to the invoice
- Chase any outstanding invoices on a regular basis and general credit control
- Input supplier invoices and reconcile statements
- Month end stock reports
- Keep the office clean and tidy and ensure that the public areas are kept clean and safe
- All other aspects of a busy office

- Computer literate - will be trained on office software
- Good communication skills both in person and over the phone

- Willingness to learn both in the classroom and workplace
- Outgoing and comfotable in a busy garage environment
- Able to prioritse a busy workload and hit deadlines

GCSE grades C (4) or above in both Maths and English

Full on the job training to be provided, your line manager is the company accountant who is directly responsible for your training.
Full in house training on Xero accounting software will be given along with being fully supported through gaining a level 2 qualification at college.
