Monday to Friday. The hours would initially be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. However, there may be a requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Duties include:
- Answering phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to file handlers
- Documenting phone calls with clients and adding file notes to relevant file in the case management system
- Following up new clients to obtain personal identification documentation
- Communicating with clients over the phone, through fax and emails and building positive relationships with them
- Setting up new matters and inputting new client information on to the case management system
- Dealing with incoming post, scanning it to the case management system and sending on to the relevant file handler/staff member
- Taking cheques received to the bank
- Preparing documents through editing, printing and binding
- Preparing plans to help streamline and improve business operations
- Dealing with daily outgoing post

- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
