This is a dynamic role covering a full range of technical support in our business, from remote support to part identification and basic fault finding on physical equipment so will be an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to expand their skills in a UK subsidiary of the largest privately owned dental company.

Responsibilities will include:
- Remote support for our customers
- Answering the telephone
- Working with our technical team to support our customers
- Spare part ordering
- Fault finding over the phone

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

Although there are local public transport links these can be sporadic at times. Please ensure your attendance daily.
DBS check shall be required if customer visit(s) required.

The parent company is still owned and run by its founder Heikki Kyostila and is the biggest privately owned dental equipment company in the world. We supply and service a vast range of dental equipment from dental chairs,3D X-ray’s to CAD/CAM machines that can produce crowns in 10 minutes.
