Qualifications
Essential:
- 5 GCSE (9*-4/A*-C) (or equivalent) including English and maths
- Good standard of practical application of literacy and numeracy
Roles/Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager with certain incoming email enquiries, then replying/dealing with the emails or assigning to the relevant person
- Assigning projects that are sent by their clients into their project management system (Zoho Projects) for the team to work on
- Managing and maintaining Drop Box, filing images/documents that are received and ensuring that they deliver on everything that clients send them
- Managing their project management system that you’ve assigned to ensure that the person they’ve been assigned to are meeting the deadlines and are promptly responded to if they have questions
- Liaising with clients (in time) to inform them when projects are completed, receiving feedback which will be passed back to the team to action if the client requires changes
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager with monthly marketing campaign work and ensuring that the campaigns are delivered promptly. Tasks may include creating bespoke email campaigns for clients based on gold standard templates, managing assets provided such as images, written or audio transcripts or videos and ensuring that they are used to the best potential
- Working alongside the Senior Project Manager and Chief Marketing Officer to support setting up new clients on Zoho, Drop Box and their CRM
- Conduct keyword research based on clients’ locations for search engine optimisation tasks
- Assist the Chief Marketing Officer after client strategy calls by creating action plans to document strategy which will be submitted to their clients and working alongside the Senior Project Manager to drive these actions forward
- Assist the team where needed with “roll out projects”, these are client wide strategies that need implementing across the board
