In this position you will expend time training and working in all the different departments across the hotel in order to get a better understanding of how hotels work.
- 3 Months in Offices Reservations/Sales/Golf
- 3 Months in Housekeeping/Front Office
- 6 Months in F&B, C&B and Kitchen
- You will have an opportunity to experience all the different aspects of the hotel within 12 months

This is a rotation position but the role will focus on:
- Supporting customers on the telephone accepting reservations
- Responding to emails & front of house customer interactions on reception
- Supporting housekeeping with maintaining hygiene standards in public areas & rooms as necessary
- Serving customers food and drinks within the outlets
- Supporting the kitchen with stock rotation, hygiene standards and simple preparation of ingredients

New starters will be provided with a buddy for the first two weeks of their employment. The buddy will act as a mentor training them and guiding them through their first weeks at work. The buddy will remain available throughout their employment as a main point of contact and support.
We will enrol new starters on our online training platform where they will be able to do online training. Topics include, H&S safety, Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, Multiple COVID 19 trainings, Effective Teams, Disability Awareness, Guest Service etc.
