To provide an efficient business administration and claims support which meets the needs of the clients and Thomas Miller Case Load Management requirements and Good Practice Guidelines.

The Role:

  • Review all incoming correspondence - checking for new incidents
  • Checking databases for insurance entries and liaising with other departments with any queries
  • Scan and reference correspondence onto company systems and update parties accordingly
  • Monitor e-mail and other inboxes and action accordingly
  • Set-up all new claims
  • Process payments
  • Set-up new payee bank details
  • Liaise internally and with external parties to deal efficiently and effectively with all queries
  • Deal with all client queries quickly and courteously and develop productive relations with clients
  • Actively participate in teams both internally and externally
  • Monitor and update various databases
