  1. This job will require you, with training and supervision, to support active campaigns to sell fibre packages from incoming leads or outbound calls to ensure that the schemes become commercially viable.
  2. You will be working with state-of-the-art CRM & billing databases, so previous experience of working with such technologies is a bonus but all can be taught to the right candidate.
  3. You will work towards developing and managing a pipeline of new business to achieve agreed sales targets and ensure all opportunities, cases, leads, emails are managed and responded efficiently and appropriately, ensuring that all responses are within the business’s high standards of customer service.
