We provide both Local and International IT Support to many Globally recognised organisations. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general Administration of Operational activity
- Assisting with the logistics department to ensure reports and databases are updated with the latest parts & stocking locations
- Assisting the procurement department with purchase orders and goods in/out during busy periods
- Creating reports and presentations in relation to operational activity
- Assisting Service Delivery Managers in general administrations and queries
Requirements and prospects
It is important that the candidate has strong numeracy skills and good communication skills as they will need to communicate in person, by telephone and by email. A good standard of written English is also important.
Must be confident in using all Microsoft Office packages including Word, and Excel. Training will be given on Autotask, which is the platform we use to run our Support Service.
The candidate will have a keen eye for detail, will be flexible in their outlook and a have strong desire to grasp the complexities of business administration and where it fits within the organisation.
They will be keen to understand business processes and be methodical in their way of working.
The role is ideal for someone who likes to work with detail, is patient and is a logical thinker.
Certain aspects of the role can be tedious so the ideal applicant will be the kind of person who gets job satisfaction from getting the job done and getting it right.
GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English.
As this is a general business administrator role, there are different ways to progress within the business depending on the candidate’s interests.
The role initially would work with Operations, Logistics and Procurement teams so an opportunity could arise for progression into any of these three departments.
Could move to different areas of the business (Sales, Contracts or Finance).
Things to consider
- 22 days Annual Leave – January – December (plus bank holidays)
- Pension Contribution 3% if EE Opts In (due to salary bracket not automatic)
- Death In Service x4 Salary (if aged 18 and above)

Our office-based Service Desk Engineers and Field Engineers support our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and work closely with a network of partners to support our valued Customers.
