Preston Recruitment, is a specialist facilities management recruitment agency that are seeking either an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team in Liverpool Street, London. This role is key in our plans to strengthen our candidate engagement and assist in filling our high volume of job vacancies from our fantastic client base. This role comes with additional opportunities for progression into a 360 recruitment consultant should you wish. Full training given to the Level 2 apprenticeship standard. 

The role will include use of telephone, PC and a CRM record keeping system as well as running adverts and record keeping. This role requires a wide range of personal skills, especially in being very well organised, as well as determined to win!

Requirements and prospects

  • Communication Skills, written and verbal and telephonic

A Recruitment Resourcer may be employed in any organisation that requires a recruitment function. Their role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function. They may also be required to identify new business opportunities. The Recruitment Resourcer is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills.

As part of the apprenticeship you will study a broad range of recruitment theory and techniques which you will apply to your role to help enhance your performance. Topics which will be covered as part of the program include business development.
