An exciting opportunity to work in an established and growing Financial Services company. Based in Droitwich, Worcestershire you will work within our busy Support Services Team.

To provide a comprehensive administrative service to all staff, ensuring the office operates efficiently on a daily basis.
Key duties will include:
- Answering the telephone and transferring to the relevant department/staff member
- Greeting clients and providing refreshments
- Preparing outgoing post
- Preparing and clearing down meeting rooms
- Preparing client Investment reviews
- Providing administrative support to all departments
- Any other duties as specified by the directors

GCSE English and maths Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
There is potential for this role to become permanent at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate. There are a number of staff members who have progressed through the organisation from the Apprenticeship Scheme.

Based in Droitwich Spa we serve Worcestershire and the wider area using a variety of communication methods and technologies to service our client needs. Advanced Business Administrator Standard.
Training through HWGTA normally comprises of five days per week in company with one day release as and when required at our Training Centre at McKenzie Way, Worcester, WR4 9GN, doing an appropriate course of study. Functional Skills maths, English (if required).
A monthly monitoring visit in company will also take place, during which we make ourselves available for discussion about any special training that may be useful to you, and to identify and resolve problems if they arise.
At the end of your training period you will be put through to an end point assessment with an external verifier where you will showcase and evidence your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
