The administration role includes the following:
- Performing calculations for members. This cover leaving services, retiring, transferring benefits to another plan, or dying
- Producing communications and speaking to members, Trustees, clients and third parties directly
- Creating reports for presentation to Trustees
- Completing annual and ad-hoc projects such as pension increases
- Support for professional study (Certificate in Pension Calculations) through the Pensions Management Institute
- Development of skills to build your career
