The administration role includes the following:

  • Performing calculations for members. This cover leaving services, retiring, transferring benefits to another plan or passing away
  • Producing communications and speaking to members, Trustees, clients and third parties directly
  • Creating reports for presentation to Trustees
  • Completing annual and ad-hoc projects such as pension increases
  • Support for professional study (Certificate in Pension Calculations) through the Pensions Management Institute
  • Development of skills to build your career
