Working towards Level 2 Hospitality Team Member. The apprentice will be required to:
- Will assist in the kitchen preparing food
- Complete kitchen documentation
- Deal with stock rotation
- Ensure cleaning is completed effectively
- Serve food and beverages in our tearoom
- Deal with customers queries and concerns
- Operating the till
- Have good time management skills
The apprentice will work at functions and be required to interact with customers and staff in a diverse range of situations as we perform wedding receptions and funeral wakes. There will be the requirement to undertake any other duties as instructed, at the present time to follow COVID restrictions and recommendations.
