Duties will include:

  • Organising & preparing for client meetings and preparing client review documentation
  • Implementing actions agreed by Financial Planner (submitting new business, fund switches, etc)
  • Keeping our client management system (Adviser Office) up to date with client and policy data
  • Using online platform technology including the Abrdn wrap platform
  • Taking initiative to deal with client and provider enquiries
  • Scanning documents and correspondence to client records
  • To meet set deadlines for work as required
  • To develop and maintain technical product and provider awareness
  • Adhere to the FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly principles which are embedded into the firms’ procedures and practices
  • To deal with clients and fellow team members in a professional manner
  • Provide flexible team cover during holidays/absence etc.
  • To help with the post and answering the phones
  • General office duties
