Duties will include:

  • Taking phone calls and assisting customers
  • Check-a-trade enquiries – respond by phone or email
  • Working on projects under the Project Manager
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys over the phone
  • Placing orders for building materials
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Awareness of GDPR
  • Managing app system clock-in/clock-out of staff
  • Providing general administration support
