As a member of the AWEBB (Association of Wholesale Electrical Bulk Buyers) electrical buying consortium we are able to source competitive prices for our customers.

The apprenitce will work in a small team within this electrical wholesale branch. After full training given your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing stock in and out (to external clients) as well as in store transfers, stock control, picking and packing, recycling and completing the paperwork associated with a busy Warehouse
  • Picking and Packing, Goods in and out
  • Process customer purchases / orders
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers

As an Apprentice EDA Apprenticeships Plus will employ the successful candidate on behalf of this branch.

Completing a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Lv2, consisting of:

  • Competence and Knowledge based qualification in Trade Supplier
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities
  • Functional Skills in maths & English
  • End point assessment - Final test and observation

The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessments are conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes. Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessments are conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
