Duties include:

  • Reports to the Sales Manager
  • Processes internal sales from customers contacting us by telephone or in person
  • Processes reactive sales obtained though sales platforms ie. Website, ebay and Amazon
  • Promotes and up-sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Provides excellent after sales service aiming for all customers to be 100% satisfied with their order and reaches out to invite customers to leave positive feedback through review platforms
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending monthly sales meetings
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
