1) To be a point of contact in respect of order processing, enquiries, complaints, service repairs and warranty matters, supplier, and delivery management as needed.

2) Working as part of the sales and fulfilment team to deliver an effective and efficient service to our corporate clients and domestic / retail customers.

3) Building excellent relationships with our clients, customers, suppliers, and members of the team. Deputising for colleagues as necessary to support the business.

4) Maintain regular communication with suppliers as relating to orders and delivery timescales to keep end-customers fully informed, and to pursue any outstanding issues.

5) Diligent monitoring of emails and phone calls to ensure queries are resolved effectively and quickly with clients, suppliers and other third parties.

6) Prepare quotations in response to enquiries.

7) Support with stock control and warehouse work including, receiving, and checking goods inwards.

8) Preparing deliveries and delivery notes for dispatch, loading vehicles, or coordinating couriers.

9) Take personal responsibility for the site and daily operations, including own Health and Safety, as well as that of others.

10) Key holder for the premises, ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed.

11) Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.
