Tasks will include:

  • Reception duties
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Local courier duties
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing mails
  • Photocopying and scanning

Candidates who have not attended an Apprenticeship Interview at LMC prior to Interview must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment to be complete prior to enrolment. 

Future prospects

At the end of the apprenticeship, the candidate can become fully employed as the office/business administrator if he/she desires to stay.

Clients' needs are assessed on an ongoing basis and staff at the home work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver care and support in a flexible, responsive way to meet changing needs and safeguard each resident's wellbeing.
