Tasks and responsibilities within the role:

  • Wide ranging administration support which will develop many different office skills
  • Critical, accurate logging of incoming and outgoing post daily
  • Exam administration and co-ordination in conjunction with the Awarding Body
  • Development of customer service skills
  • Use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook for customer records and communications
  • Use of the Customer Record Management (CRM) IT system
  • Assisting with marketing and promotions literature – brochures and application packs
  • Maintaining stock levels of course handbooks and office equipment
  • General office duties
  • Assisting with accounts

We are looking for a confident, friendly, fun person who is enthusiastic, clean and well presented as well as organised.

We require the successful candidate to be a good timekeeper and have the ability to work to deadlines both in a team and independently.

They must also be willing to learn new skills and be quick to implement these and adapt to an ever changing, fast paced environment.

Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English.

Candidates who have not attended an Apprenticeship Interview at LMC prior to Interview must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment to be complete prior to enrolment.

Future prospects

A permanent administration role with further development opportunities.
