We require someone in the General Office and Customer Care/Maintenance department who is well organised, computer literate in Office and will be trained in using builders portals.

The right candidate would be aiding colleagues in the organisation and booking in of repair works on in-warranty repairs and servicing of boilers/gas fires/cylinders.

You must be confident in dealing with our clients (the builders customer care teams) and homeowners (the builders clients) on the phone and representing our company in a positive manner.

You must be good at prioritising and working efficiently. You will be required to file the Cloud based documents correctly. You will also be answering incoming calls and transferring calls/messages to other colleagues when required.

Internal training will be completed to enable you to use the computer systems that we use.
