You will work as part of wider team of 10 colleagues, including a catering lead at the fire training centre.
Meals are served to a combination of training staff, training delegates and visitors.
Daily tasks will include – food production from scratch of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
Daily service of meals for each service.
Food Hygiene and cleaning standards to be maintained.
Kitchen tasks include temperature monitoring, food deliveries, stock and stock rotation, clean as you go.
Service covers 7 day week, 06.30-18.00 (includes weekend work).
Pass out parades occur throughout the year where an alternative service is fulfilled (buffet/hospitality/themed)
Free parking is available at site.
Meals are included daily when at work.
Full Uniform will be provided.
