We are looking to support an apprentice through their Level 3 qualification and beyond. At the end of the apprenticeship, we would envisage the individual becoming a permanent member of the Manor House team and would continue to support their career progression. We have proven track record in this with one our Nursery staff now embarking on a Level 6 qualification having joined us as a Level 3 practitioner. We have also mentored a qualified teacher through her NQT year.
The apprentice would be joining at an exciting time as the school is aiming to extend the nursery provision to offer holiday provision and they would be part of that transition giving lots of opportunity for career progression.
