WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE HEAD CHEF YOU WILL LEARN THE FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS NEED FOR WORKING IN A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN. YOU WILL BE GIVEN HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH DISH AND MENU DEVELOPMENT, FROM PREPARATION THROUGH TO SERVICE. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN HIGH HYGIENE STANDARDS AND PREPARED TO HELP COLLEAGUES WHEN REQUIRED. EACH DAY IS DIVIDED INTO LUNCH & DINNER SERVICE, FOOD PREPARATION & CLEANING DUTIES. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE STATUTORY HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT & MONTHLY TIPS WITH A PROSPECT OF JOINING THE TEAM.
