Established in 2009, we are a rapidly expanding, independent electrical wholesaler company supplying electrical contractors, installers, facilities managers, commercial/industrial users and the general public with a wide range of electrical supplies.

Over the last 12 years we have built strong branches in Norwich, Newmarket, Nottingham, Derby, Poole, Bracknell, Swindon, Ipswich and most recently Peterborough - all operating with the same company priority - customer Service.

The job holder will work in a small team within this electrical wholesale branch.  After full training given your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing stock in and out (to external clients) as well as in store transfers, stock control, picking and packing, recycling and completing the paperwork associated with a busy Warehouse
  • Picking and Packing, goods in and out
  • Process customer purchases/orders
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Customer payments/ dealing with enquiries over the trade counter
  • Answering the telephone to customers and suppliers

 As an Apprentice EDA Apprenticeships Plus will employ the successful candidate on behalf of this branch. .

Completing a Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Lv2, consisting of

  • Competence/Knowledge qualification in Trade Supplier at Level 2
  • Functional Skills in maths/ English
  • End Point Assessment - final test, observation and discussion.

The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers wishes. Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment is conducted both on and off the job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
