As the Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be working within an enthusiastic energetic team, some of the duties are listed below:
- Manage social media accounts e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
- Updating websites including creating new pages, updating webinar booking information
- Producing weekly and monthly report on social media performance
- Writing/sourcing detailed and related blog posts and social media posts
- Use and update Google My Business / Trust Pilot / Facebook Reviews
- Help to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Use Google Analytics to see where you need to improve online presence
- The role will also require the successful candidate to call clients in regard to the services we offer
- Collect reviews from new customers/clients
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Excellent practical knowledge of popular social media platforms and how to maximise engagement with our target audience
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written via telephone and video meetings with customers and clients
- IT proficiency - Full use of the Microsoft Office package including MS Word and MS Excel as well as experience in using Apple-based products
- Good personal organisational and time-keeping skills
