As a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice you will be learning all aspects of:
- Front of House meeting, greeting and serving customers
- Barista training, ice cream training both scooping and sundae making
- Use of the till/order pads & card machines
- Allergy awareness
- All aspects of cleaning from fridge's, freezers etc to floors/walls, toilets, tables/chairs etc.
- Special board all aspects of presentation from the patisseries cavinet/the ice cream cabinet to the outside seating
- Stock rotation, stock taking/ordering, temperature checks & recording of all information statutory required by the EHO

Desired qualifications
As part of your apprenticeships, you will be required to work towards Functional Skills English and maths if you do not hold GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Future prospects
The successful candidate will help the team with the smooth running of the cafe/ice cream parlour and a future goal is for the apprentice to progress as we open a new site in Lytham/St Anne's and to help train future apprentices.
Things to consider
The Apprentice must achieve at least a Level 1 on the Initial Assessment that is completed during an Apprenticeship Selection Event at College.
