This role will be varied but will include the following duties:

  • Answering any incoming telephone calls
  • Communicating with property buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
  • Dealing with customer queries that occur on social media
  • Answering any customer enquiries
  • Working closely with members of the sales team
  • Promoting the positive image of the company

Future prospects

  • A full-time position would be available if the apprentice were to prove themselves during their apprenticeship.
  • Full training to be given in order for the successful candidate to show customers around homes for sale. 

Things to consider

Every three months the apprentice will have a review and if the apprentice has worked well enough then a pay rise may be possible for the apprentice.
