- Answering the telephone
- Visitor management
- Assist with room bookings and hospitality during meetings
- Order stationery
- Any other general office duties required by the team
- Match and enter purchase orders/goods received
- Credit control – obtaining payment date confirmations
- Assist with raising sales invoices
