Your main role will be to match candidates skills and experience to our clients current vacancies and then to sell the opportunities to the candidates on the phone or via email.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn how to become a highly successful in a very lucrative industry.

A normal day would include

Reviewing job descriptions given to you by your line manager and matching candidates to the suitable positions
You will search for candidates using on line job boards, Recann’s database and Social Media e.g. LinkedIn
You will speak with candidates on the phone and via emails to discuss the job opportunities Recann is currently recruiting for
You will advertise Recann’s clients job requirements on line
You will update Recann’s database
Conduct candidate reference checks
Proactively network with IT professionals.
Salary will be £175 per week plus commission.

Things to consider

Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
